Check your rent statement
There are a number of ways you can check your rent account.
Origin Online Account
Need to view your rent statements? Register for an Origin Online Account to check your up-to-date statements, current balance and make payments.
Origin Chat bot
The Origin Chat Bot is the quickest and easiest way for you to find out your account balance. All you need to do is ask it 'what is my account balance'. After, you just need to enter your name, email and tenancy reference. You can even receive your balance by text message.
Post
Your rent statements are posted to you quarterly. You can expect to receive your quarterly statements by the end of the second week of:
