Access your personal data
You have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you and to request a copy of your information. This is known as a ‘subject access request’ (SAR).
If you would like to access the information we hold on you, please make a request in writing by sending us an email including your name and address. If you are looking for a specific kind of information, please also provide details of this.
To make sure that personal information is not given to someone who does not have the right to receive it, we may ask for information from you to help us confirm your identity, so it is useful to submit a copy of your ID when making your request to save time.
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with the request in such circumstances.
