Young People Service Summer Social event

A couple of weeks ago, our Young People Service team held a Summer Social event. The day saw 15 young people join in, along with two colleagues from Camden. One of the young people who attended was from Pratt Street and another had moved into Doughty Street at the beginning of the week. Those who were working or at college stopped by in the evening to get some food.

This event also marked Kate and Kadeem’s first involvement with YPS, and their fresh ideas during the planning stages helped make the day even more special. Well done to both for their creativity and teamwork!

The event offered a wonderful opportunity to show young people how we work together, with meaningful conversations taking place and active participation in the games, art activities, and the photo booth. The food was a highlight and loved by all!
