New development: Lantern Apartments, Hampstead Road NW1

We recently took handover of six two and three bed affordable rent apartments at The Lantern in development in Camden on 8 May 2024 which were let within 24hrs and feedback from the residents has been very positive.

The development known as The Lantern is made up of commercial units, office space and residential apartments. The site was formerly known as Stephenson House and is located on Hampstead Road in the Camden, close to Tottenham Court Road with much of the commercial element of the building being occupied by high profile media stations such as LBC and Virgin Radio.

The apartments have been designed to a high specification with underfloor heating, heat and cool control systems, a modern kitchen and bathrooms, full suite of white goods and luxury fitted blinds in each room. All homes come with their own balconies and have upgraded fire doors throughout so ensure the building and our residents are as safe as possible.
