Fuel Poverty Partnership lobby letter to the Mayor of London

Earlier this month, our Chief Executive, Carol Carter, signed a letter from the London Fuel Poverty Partnership to the mayor of London on behalf of Origin and the National Housing Federation. The letter outlines the work that still need to be done to support the most vulnerable people who are facing further increases in energy bills and living in cold, leaky homes, including targeted financial support schemes for energy bills, energy efficiency and Clean Heat Schemes and regulation standards. 

The letter also include recommendations for the Government, including ensuring the private rented sector is required to meet a basic level of energy efficiency.
