New homes meeting future needs
This year we invested £34m building new homes, at the end of 2024/25 we owned and managed a total of 8798 homes, continuing our mission to provide safe, high-quality, and affordable housing in London and Hertfordshire.
Our Development Programme delivered a total of 277 new homes. This is made up of 128 homes for Social Rent, 89 homes for affordable rent, 46 Shared Ownership Homes and 14 homes for intermediate rent.
100% affordable housing in King’s Cross
Deltic House is a landmark 72-home development in the heart of the Kings Cross regeneration zone. We're very proud to deliver an 100% social rent development in Central London, made up of 72 social rent apartments with a carefully landscaped podium garden for Customers, along with commercial space. The homes are going down well with our Customers too, on a recent visit we had some feedback shared by a new resident who said “I am truly grateful and humbled by this flat.”
